We see patients in seven locations from Monday through Friday. On occasion, our physician assistants will see patients on weekends in our main office in Allentown, PA.

Most insurances are accepted, including Workman's Compensation and Motor Vehicle insurances. Please see the Insurance Page for a complete list. We also accept Master Card and Visa.


Referrals: Patients may be referred to one of our offices by their primary care physician or specialists' office. However, you do not need a physician referral to be seen at one of our Comprehensive Pain Centers.
